TRAINING ANALYSIS
Every training solution we create begins with understanding our client's unique situation. We explore their specific challenges, identify which business processes the training will support, and learn about their end users' needs and expectations. First, we analyze their application from the user's perspective and experience what it's like to navigate through it firsthand. This discovery process allows us to ask targeted questions so that we can go beyond just understanding their software —it's about learning how different user profiles can embrace each solution to accomplish real work. We then collaborate with our clients to identify the optimal course selection that maps out a clear path to user success and adoption. Once we establish this targeted curriculum, we develop a realistic timeline that aligns with our client's needs before moving into the design phase.
CONTENT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Building on our insights from the analysis phase, we transform the outlined conceptual courses into detailed scripts. Our approach to instructional design draws from extensive experience creating training materials—continuously refined through feedback from thousands of learner surveys. Whether we're designing engaging video lessons or comprehensive text-based modules, we structure each component to maximize learning and adoption. During this phase, we work closely with designated subject matter experts, who have final approval on all course content. This collaboration ensures technical accuracy while we focus on creating engaging, accessible training. Once scripts are reviewed and approved, we transition to development.
Content development is where the identified training assets come to life! Our development process runs like a well-oiled machine: We use specialized tools to record clear audio narration, capture precise screen recordings, and add professional visual elements that give training videos a polished appearance that learners will appreciate. Simultaneously, we develop engaging text-based lessons and knowledge-checking quizzes in our client's chosen Learning Management System to round out the learning experience. This process runs smoothly thanks to careful planning during the design phase and efficient production techniques. Once all assets are produced, we're ready to organize everything in our client's chosen Learning Management System.
CONTENT DELIVERY
While we create training assets for our clients, we don't host the courses they reside in ourselves. Each client subscribes to a Learning Management System (LMS) that serves as the home for their training program. We arrange all learning materials into structured courses and learning paths within the chosen LMS platform. Most clients integrate everything through Single Sign-On (allowing users to access their training with one click from within their application.) Delivering courses through the LMS allows learner progress and completion to be tracked and monitored. Having worked with numerous LMS platforms, we can recommend solutions that match our client's requirements and budget constraints. Though we don't provide hosting services, we happily guide each client through the LMS selection process if needed.
